Return & Exchange Policy

At Dot and Box, we are committed to delivering quality products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer (exchanges only) under the conditions below.

1. Exchange Period

You have (3 days) from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

3. Exchange Conditions

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a defective item
You received a damaged item
You received the wrong product

4. No Refund Policy

* We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
* Items can only be exchanged for the same product or another product of equal value
* If exchanging for a higher-value product, the customer must pay the difference

5. Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs
If the error is from our side (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped or after 1 hour of ordering.
Once shipped, they are no longer eligible for cancellation.
